Directions:

By car: Take E4 south from Stockholm, exit at Vagnhärad and follow signs to Trosa. Continue to Friluftsvägen.
By bus: From Stockholm, take SL bus 802 or 805 to Trosa Busstation, then a short walk to Friluftsvägen.
By bike: Use the Sörmlandsleden trail for a scenic route into town.
